I would consider soul Evans cosplay a hijab friendly cosplay. Why? Well most cosplays have over exaggerated hair which makes up a huge amount of the outfit. However the alternative if a white hijab for souls hair :) I think red lipstick or even some white face for teeth would top it off wonderfully.
